I lost 5 lb in 2 days because I’ve been sick with Covid1. Didn’t eat Thursday, and didn’t eat much on Friday. This is not enough weight for my 5’8” frame. When I first got up, I could not walk - kept falling over like a drunk man. I need to eat!
