Thanks for your support. Have been hanging on to 185 - 187 for the past 2 months. Still sticking to a strict no processed foods and have been riding my bike about 30 - 50 miles per week. Trying to get all my 10,000 steps in and dance at night to get them all in after work. Clothes are loose and have gone from a 16 to a 14 in jean size. Really happy. I know I've gained more muscle in my legs and feeling much more toned than I have in a long time. One thing in particular that I'm happy with is my "back fat" is much smaller. Thanks again for your support. As I mentioned before, I've been using another tracking food app on my phone that sync's with my viofit and map my fitness.
