Thanks for your support. Have been hanging on to 185 - 187 for the past 2 months. Still sticking to a strict no processed foods and have been riding my bike about 30 - 50 miles per week. Trying to get all my 10,000 steps in and dance at night to get them all in after work. Clothes are loose and have gone from a 16 to a 14 in jean size. Really happy. I know I've gained more muscle in my legs and feeling much more toned than I have in a long time. One thing in particular that I'm happy with is my "back fat" is much smaller. Thanks again for your support. As I mentioned before, I've been using another tracking food app on my phone that sync's with my viofit and map my fitness. Y'all are doing awesome on your weight loss and Snezica - awesome job girl on getting to your goal and maintaining! You are my inspiration.
