Crap! I knew there was a reason I did not want to weight myself this morning....gained a pound:{
Ok, today is the day I really have to buckle down and start eating ALL the right things again. If I want to lose now 7 pounds I have to work harder and I don't think I can encrease my workouts seeing how I am already doing two a day.
So, it's back to watching what I eat. Although I do need to find a way to add some more strength training. I don't think my every other day 40 minute yoga is enough.
Hmmm, need to think about this and what I can do. Any suggestions??
64.9 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hmm...strength training. I did find this http://www.goodhousekeeping.com/health/fitness/exercise-tone-body and it looks interesting. Ok lets give 'er all we got this week. I want to lose 2 lbs by Sunday. Let's do it!
