Time to start logging my food again.
65.3 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Maintenance is tough. Um, I'm guessing. LOL. Maybe you could keep logging, but slowly step up the calories to a maintenance level and then be able to stop logging?
