A nice drop from yesterday. Did about 1.5 hrs of lifting at the gym and a decent amount of yard work, so still lost weight despite eating 2500 calories.

Resting heart rate is down to around 52-54 which is nice progress as well.
89.4 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 10.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
