so my first day of military diet went pretty well and i have lost 1.8 pounds already. i didnot feel any hinger on first day. its my second day of military diet and i am not feeling hungray at all till now.hope it goes well till the end of day. will update my status tomorrow :)
76.6 kg Lost so far: 11.0 kg.    Still to go: 13.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
