Aaargh, I have been avoiding weighing in for a bit but I can't deny I'm 184 now, and I need to get serious about my diet again. A vacation and a few weeks of double cheat days and this is what happens. i guess it's a reality check... I can't eat like I used to, I have to have willpower.
