Not as much loss as I've gotten used to the last few days. Hopefully, I can break through this and get back to steady results. Update: Been thinking - No excuses but it was a very crazy week at work - very long days (12-14 hrs every day)... lots of stress, not enough water, sleep or exercise. Hmmm..I think I just answered my own question about why weight loss has slowed... ;-)
