This week I’ve learned that maintenance will probably be very doable. This week I ate at my maintenance kcal intake and it was even too much sometimes. By losing some fat and adding to the muscle mass the maintenance kcal will increase. I just must endure this next few years with a somewhat restrictive diet. And whenever I allow myself to overindulge, the goal will be staying around maintenance.
91.6 kg Lost so far: 5.5 kg.    Still to go: 16.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
