Ugh I went back up. It's my own fault, why did I stop at McDs?? CAuse I forgot to make my lunch again. I NEED to take time out for preparing meals.

You can get the southwest salad with grilled chicken and use all the dressing for fewer calories - you can get the balsamic fat-free dressing and that is way lower. I figured out the calories of my faves at McD's and also Dunkin's too so I can plan to skip making my own lunch at home 'cause I don't have any food at home!
