Really upset with myself. I had birthdays over the last two weeks and instead of taking more weight off I basically stayed the same but went up .4 pounds. I know that doesn't seem like much but I am doing everything I can and it just doesn't seem like it's enough. Not going to stop but am a little disheartened.
134.1 kg Lost so far: 9.6 kg.    Still to go: 16.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Great job on the pork chops. Hang in there it’s all a learning curve Speaking for myself even with all i’s dotted and t’s crossed you will most likely find fluctuations At times you just may be resting fluids. Don’t beat yourself up !!!
