biar pelan asal selamat.... tengah malem makan triple cheese burger + cheese burger mcd.... ditambah besoknya makan cheese burger + beefburger 2..... apapun bisa lo makan asal NIAT nya bener.... tanpa suplemen ato training khusus.... yang penting NIAT.....
