So three months ago I started feeling weak. All I could do was work and get home to sleep. No energy at all. Found out my iron had dropped to 1.2 and I was really sick I haven’t been able to go to the gym much less have a life other then being in bed with no energy. gray need the Doctors got my levels up and I’m clear to go to the gym and do light workout. So today is my 1st day back and I’m excited. Can’t wait to get back on track. Always have faith and prayer and never give up. 💕
