I'm starting over, again... I had seen 229.5 a couple times, even yesterday morning, but then I blew it last night, too much junk food. So now I'm up again, very frustrating, cause I know I'm sabotaging my own efforts!

I really need to say goodbye to the 230's!
105.5 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 42.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hang in there! Just cause you blew the night doesn't mean you gotta start over. I felt the same way when I went Hoover on a Chinese buffet a week into my diet. Lose the battle, live to fight another day and still win the war!

One bad night won't kill you. Maybe take a long walk this evening...get your head in a good space, and enjoy the outdoors. and a few extra calories burned may make you feel better.

Lots of water today will help to shed the water weight you're surely retaining from all the sodium in junk food. Just a short-term setback!
