Finally broke into the 150's again woohoo now if only I can get to the 140's. Slowly but surely I will get there. Just got a membership to the gym with my husband. We have been hitting the gym regularly. I have been super sore every day but I feel great.
72.2 kg Lost so far: 1.3 kg.    Still to go: 8.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week
