No change in my weight, but that's ok. I had to start a therapeutic to help resolve a nagging elbow issue, it may cause some bloating, so don't be surprised if you see my weight go up some.
150.2 kg Lost so far: 29.4 kg.    Still to go: 59.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
