I'm cutting down calories, seems like I eat a lot, always feel like I overeat. I need portion control plate. Worked my ass off at the gym 2day, was doing things I cud never imagining doing b4, feels gooooooood!
48.3 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
