I won’t blame the weekend. I blame my eating multiple handfuls of peanuts and mixed nuts yesterday.
67.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 2.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I had a bunch of peanuts the other night. I didn’t count or log them I just kept cracking and eating.
