Yesterday was a whole pound down. The fact it did not went up again is a massive win already.
Slow and steady.

Weighting in daily is dangerous. First, it’s not being slow but i need to constantly remind myself it should be slow and steady as if it was.
Secondly, it makes no difference to the brain if you’ve lost 100g or a while kg; the dopamine we get is the same - it’s working - and frustration whenever it stays the same or the numbers go up. Dangerous game.

I’m being successful in reducing carbs percentages but struggling to up my protein. I’m not eating clean enough for a keto diet or to be in ketosis hence the high percentage of fat I’m consuming isn’t ideal. I still need to find EASY ways to increase my protein intake. Whey shakes is a good one, but o should be eating chicken as well. I have frozen chicken that just needs cooking. It’s easy to cook chicken ai what’s stopping me?
Laziness. Fatigue. Im feeling so unmotivated to do things. Anything. But I don’t want to take antidepressants. It’s a vicious cycle where I’m unmotivated and partake in boring activities that only provide ephemeral dopamine. Which in turns worsens the loop. I need endorphins. I need exercise. WHY is it so difficult to break out of not moving? What can I watch os listen or read to help me finding courage to move ???
92.4 kg Lost so far: 4.7 kg.    Still to go: 17.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
