The gain was expected.. over Covid, got my taste back, and I'm eating again!
65.9 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 4.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Some people got a strong appetite after covid. Heppened to a friend and she ate a whole pot of pasta at night. Almost got a heart attack at night :)
