Maa syaa Allaah dlu 3 bulan bisa sampe habis 15kg yg memang ada intensitas olahraga. skrg jd ibu2 hmm... kerjaan rumah sdh jd olahrga :") harus membersamai anak jd bnyak makan 3bulan entah akan turun brp, 1 bulan aja baru turun 1,5kg dah alhamdulillah
