A friend I haven't seen in awhile commented on how toned up my arms are getting and it made me feel pretty fantastic. I've been thinking my weight has been "stalling" for awhile now but maybe the new muscle is just trying to catch up and I'll drop some more soon. Trying to incorporate as much protein as possible to try to help that along.
80.3 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 14.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
