Been tracking this week and started two new Jillian Michaels' DVDs, no more trouble zones and Killer Abs. I think I am really going to like the no more trouble zones one because it is customizable, so you can adjust according to the time you have and target certain areas. I like that. I've been really good about exercising. Eating I still struggle with and being active during the day, but, trying to get better. Three of my girlfriends and I have entered into a challenge to lose 15 lbs by my wedding on 4/25. I have 13.6 lbs to go and I will be at 50 lbs lost. I have 12.2 lbs to be at that 15 lbs by the wedding goal, but I might as well shoot for the 50 lb overall goal. If my math is right, that is about 1 lb per week. I can do this! :-) I really want to do this for me but to look good at the wedding would be fun too!
