Well after a dodgy start back I have cut the calories to 1500/1600 per day, upped the exercise and bingo the weight is starting to shift. Busy social weekends coming up over the next month so will just have to keep an eye on it all....feeling positive.
80.1 kg Lost so far: 9.0 kg.    Still to go: 7.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
