Boy has this been a yoyo. I don't know if I want to continue to do this. The only thing motivating me is that my husband keeps exercising and I'm afraid that if I don't do something he will lose interest in me physically. That is not something that I want to happen. I just wish it was easier then it is. I enjoy eating and drinking. I want to keep doing those things. I don't enjoy exercising, I don't want to keep doing that. Whine, Whine, Whine...it's not getting me anywhere.

So slap on a pedometer and aim for 10,000 steps a day. As we age, everything heads south and exercise can counteract it quite a bit. You may not learn to love it, but it is important for good health. Walking with music is a great way to start.
