My wife and I started a 60 day body transformation challenge. A few days in we discovered this app. I honestly think we would’ve made it past Easter without it, it’s a total game changer. We can both see a visible difference after one week of tracking our goal caloric deficit and doing a long brisk walk each day. A big thanks to the developers, I wish I had have come across this years ago but it’s never too late to start a good thing. 😊
