Still going strong. I feel great. No sleepiness after lunch at work and I now sleep through the nite. I'm elated that the scale is moving again!

68.7 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg. Still to go: 1.1 kg. Diet followed: 100%.

Losing 2.5 kg a Week
