Had 2 days off from my diet and gained a couple of pounds. But its all good. I didnt fall off the wagon because I knew my intentions werent to stop my diet. I am back on mu normal diet today and very happy to do so. Bad for you food is yummy but it made me really sick. So diet food is the food for me! :)
72.8 kg Lost so far: 0.2 kg.    Still to go: 11.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I think a lot of people find that they no longer tolerate yummy bad foods very well. Once your body gets used to you feeding it well, it isn't happy when you throw in some of the other stuff. A lesson well learned, isn't it? Have a good night my friend!

I hear you sista! I did the same thing, except for about 4 or 5 days! It happens, the important thing is that we get back on it. :)
