39.6% ive fluctuated over last 10 days without losing anything. Diet is still on track, perhaps i need to eat more, not sure. I seem to be losing fat around middle based on me getting into next size down shirt. Lets see how it goes over next week.. id like to be in 114kgs at some point soon, not the 116kgs.. need to increase the 3 stone loss

get off the carbohydrates, u need to improve insulin response. High rep weight training, don't bother with cardio...... *unaware of medical conditions

Thanks Ketotic.. Im already doing ketogenic diet, I dont do cardio, but I should be doing weigh training..
