I ate more calories yesterday than I have in a long time, and yet managed to lose weight. At the same time, I continue to get stronger and bigger, building muscle faster than I ever have. I have had to found the perfect balance of rest, work and nutrition for this to happen.
154.2 kg Lost so far: 25.4 kg.    Still to go: 63.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
