This is actually interesting how in a day my weight went back up and down again. It’s a whole pound oscillation. I am thought afraid of what will happen during the weekend with my partner. More than likely I’ll eat too much and go back to thé beggining. Maybe that’s what’s been happening this whole time; by myself I’d lose weight but with people I overindulge. Awareness awareness awareness Remember your rules. Portion control. Reduce alcohol. Don’t eat because peer pressure but because you want to.
