Slow and steady
But remembers weight fluctuates with hormonal changes and that’s ok too.

I’m hungry but don’t want to go fix something to eat. Delaying is a huge issue since the hungrier we get the more likely we are to eat junk food. How do I conquer laziness/low energy and convince myself to start moving if even eating is a chore? Let’s think about it and come up with a plan of action/ accomplishable behavior change. For now let’s just eat a good&gather salad - these are lifesavers.

I’m going to visit my SO this weekend and I need a plan of action.

1. I do not eat breakfast. I never have. He needs to fix his breakfast by himself and we will have Lu Ch together.
2. Portion control. You’ll be eating whatever and will be eating over your kcal goals. Don’t overindulge.
3. Veggies first.
4. NO buying Levain bakery
5. NO sugar candies. Have gum / protein bars instead.
6. Limit alcohol. If eating out don’t drink alcohol.
7. When eating out remember portion control. You usually are satisfied with an appetizer dish.

Now.. REMEMBER GOAL 3
Move a little every day
It doesn’t need to be a full workout
Just do something small
Anything is better than nothing
And today I can still train to hold a plank. Let’s do it! — 1m hold on a half plank + 2x 20s hold on a full plank. Not bad! Keep doing it everyday.

For new habit, I’ve listened to Ted talk. One Very Good Tip to carry: a minimal thing is better than nothing. Happy with today’s plank training. Let’s do some stretching too 😊

Worked up the courage to take a full body picture. I’m taking weekly rather than daily body pictures. I’m not happy with what I see. For the first time I have cellulitis on my belly. I don’t want it. Not anymore. I AM shedding this extra weight and living a happy, active, unashamed life.

I need to explore my relationship with food.
95.4 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 20.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
