Really upset. I am not losing at all, I am watching everything I eat and walking everyday.
114.3 kg Lost so far: 3.0 kg.    Still to go: 55.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Looking at your chart, a lack of consistency may be your problem. Sometimes those days of eating poorly can throw off the whole week. Give yourself two weeks of really sticking with it 100%. Be active! Get in plenty of lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies! Drink water/liquids to flush out sodium. Track your measurements! You will not only see weight loss on the scale but how many inches your lose. It's very motivating. I have a problem with lack of consistency a times and it makes me yo-yo on the scale. If you keep at it and stay consistent you will see results. Good luck!

Don't give up - I have been feeling just like you and have been so frustrated because I have mostly been so good but haven't been loosing, then I just go and do one thing off diet and I put on weight. I am trying a complete change now in the way that I am doing things because I have been made to realize that I cut out far too much protein and drank too much water and ate too much fruit - the WW points plus makes fruit look so good but it is loaded with sugars and carbs and even fats ! so the summer fruit eating style blew things for me.
