I broke my wrist the week before Christmas so It is difficult to type or write without having to constantly correct my typos.

I have been on a modified version of Dr. Oz's 10 so my weight has been going down steadily except when I cheat. I was 267 when I started and am down to 217.4 today. (I did get down to 214 before Christmas but then... you know!

It's difficult when my hubby doesn't want to cook and buys chicken nuggets instead. I am grateful for his help so I try to steer him away from that when I can. He has also lost weight because I have taken all those banned foods out of the house. He has seen the results first hand without really trying.

Now, if I can just get off my arse and exercise... I was doing it during the commercials on TV so I need to get back to that.
98.4 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 37.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I know how hard it is to actually take the time to cook something instead of just heating up food in the microwave. I decided to stop fighting myself and now I just keep fresh berries, yogurts, almonds and cashews at the ready, so that at least I can be lazy in a healthy way, instead of the chicken nugget way.
