It was my 18th birthday yesterday and i’m happy to announce ive been able to maintain my goal weight! I’m still on my journey of body recomp but i’m definitely slowly getting their, building muscle is hard for sure.

49 kg Lost so far: 3.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
