Lately I keep dinner down to just fruit and it seems to pay off. Not only is eating fruit healthy, vitamins help my body keep going, but it's also quite filling if you eat a reasonably large portion.
80 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week
