I've been super sick the past week, so I was moving way less than usual (basically bedridden for 4 days) while also eating less than usual too (had zero appetite but knew I needed to eat something). 0/10, do not recommend. Feeling as close to normal as I have in a week, hopefully tomorrow I'll be back to normal fully. 🤞🏻
