Go figure, I worked in critical care during the height of the pandemic, think I got Covid? NOPE
Hang with family member multiple times with a "cold"? YEP
Getting better but haven't had a lot of appetite, no loss of taste fortunately, no fever, mild cough, stuffy nose.
Hopefully this loss is from being really good about my journaling, keeping up on fluids, sticking with the no wine expect for special occasions plan.
108.1 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 19.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
