Hi❤️, I've downloaded this app years ago and only used it to count calories and now I'm back, more committed to regaining my health back... No, regaining my LIFE back. My weight has been a yo-yo since I got covid in 2020, and I let it get the best of me. I now weigh the most I've ever been and IM DONE feeling this way!
So here's to the first day on getting back on track!💪💪
