Upping the bike time in the evening and eating smaller portions was the key yesterday. I ate plenty, didn't feel hungry, but stopped myself before I finished a plate. I will start serving myself bigger salads and using a small plate for the rest of the meal.

@HCB thanks! This weight thing has a real learning curve. This would be one time I would love to have the perks of fame- and have a personal trainer, personal nutritionist, etc 😁.
