Oh well thats why I only weigh in every 10 days or so its tough to do when you cant exercise. But the cal burn numbers have to be way off considering the nets over the last 10 days. I think I have to get my diet to 50g of fat a day.
Well upon further analysis first 9 days avg 54g of fat avg lose 7 lbs,
second 9 days 69.4g of fat avg gain 2.8 lbs. I know I dont loose any weight above 60g so I shouldn't have expected any loses my fault, Why did I buy those dang potato chips. Conclusion Green Olives are a much better salty snack than potato chips as If I didn't know that already.
Need to change that reasonably well to poorly.
91.2 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 11.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
