A little disappointed and confused...I've not changed anything on my diet. Maybe I need to go back to the more intense full body every other day, get that good calorie burn. Problem with that was that my biceps were getting over-trained, lost strength in them.

I think I'll start watching the fat more closely, and introduce more carbs.
159.5 kg Lost so far: 20.1 kg.    Still to go: 68.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
