Why? I’m far from the calories this thing says I should eat. I keep it at 1200 ish. I do not get it. This is why I quit. Why effing bother. My body does NOT want to let go of the weight. It just sucks whatever I lose right back.

It won’t happen overnight. Your body is adjusting slowly. Keep trying. If it’s safe/ comfortable for you, try intermittent fasting (wait till noon to have your first meal and eat your last meal by 7). I also find cutting back on alcohol helps me see faster progress.
