I am going to have to stay on the run all the time I sat around all day on New Years day and didn't loose anything and yesterday I was on the go all day and lost, even eating fast food.
120.4 kg Lost so far: 0.8 kg.    Still to go: 52.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
