Actually surprised weight is down today from yesterday - expected it to be at least the same. I'm thinking I might see the increase tomorrow, so I'll be very careful about calories today.

Still not going to the gym, but I will change that tomorrow as well, and tonight I will workout here at home.
105.2 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 41.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
