🤯 I suspect I'll see an increase maybe tomorrow as that's usually what happens after a drop like this. When I saw the number this morning I felt excited! Like many of us I had a fast(ish) reduction initially, but for the last few months things have been really slow. Partly because my motivation dropped for a while, but mostly because my mental health was really bad. So it's nice to be in a better headspace, and still headed in the right direction with my physical health. The two are intrinsically linked after all! 💚
