Weird week weightwise. I was up 3 pounds Wednesday and today down those 3 plus another one
120.9 kg Lost so far: 4.7 kg.    Still to go: 40.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

That isn't an unusual occurrence for me. It's pretty much the way my body works. I don't concern myself with the day-to-day fluctuations, but pay attention, instead, to the overall trend.
