So unhappy with my weight gain...there is no one to blame but myself. Went wild on the Apple pie and candy coated nuts. My eating was out of control and way over the top...will begin today with the food journal and intake as if this is my first day on Atkins. Hope all is well with you wonderful people and a very Happy Healthy New Year is my wish for you all!

60.3 kg Lost so far: 17.7 kg. Still to go: 0 kg. Diet followed: Poorly.

Same here, it cwn be brutal out there. Lol I try and stsrt again everyday, except more treats keep showing up at my work. I thought I had will power, well I dont. Good luck!
