Only a small decrease since my last weigh in, but I'm extremely happy with any loss since I "splurged" and let myself eat and drink what I wanted last Saturday and Sunday for Galentines and Valentines. Went way over in calories both days, so I was afraid it would set me back for a while.
107.6 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 28.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
