Turun 2kg lebih di minggu pertama. Tidak heran sih, pasti yg berkurang kadar air tubuh, dan awal nimbang dulu (waktu BB 71,5+) jg pas lg haid dan saat makan blm dikontrol 😁. Semangatt Devi.. target sebulan turun 3-4kg. Aamiin 🙏✨
